Refund policy

At Birdy Events, we are committed to delivering exceptional event styling experiences. Please read this policy carefully before booking.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event. All prices are in AUD and include GST.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to birdyeventsau@gmail.com.
- 30+ days before event: deposit forfeited, remaining balance refunded.
- 15–30 days before event: deposit forfeited + 50% of remaining balance.
- 14 days or fewer: 100% of total value forfeited, no refunds issued.

POSTPONEMENTS
One postponement may be granted (min. 14 days notice, max. 60 days from original date). A $50 admin fee applies.

CANCELLATION BY BIRDY EVENTS
A full refund of all payments will be issued.

LEI PRODUCTS
Due to their handmade and perishable nature, leis are non-refundable once fulfilled. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence to birdyeventsau@gmail.com.

DISPUTES
Contact birdyeventsau@gmail.com before initiating any dispute. These terms do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
