Birdy Events reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our
discretion.

ORDERS & BOOKINGS
All bookings and purchases are subject to acceptance by Birdy Events.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. For event styling
bookings, our full Terms & Booking Conditions apply.

PRICING
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENTS
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm event bookings.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering for lei products.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or card payment as directed.

TRAVEL & SERVICE AREA
Birdy Events services Melbourne and surrounding areas. Travel fees may
apply for events outside 15km from our base location and will be
communicated in writing prior to booking confirmation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website including images, text, and branding belongs
to Birdy Events. You may not reproduce or use our content without written
permission.

PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA
Birdy Events reserves the right to photograph styled setups and lei
products for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your event or
order to be photographed or shared, please notify us in writing prior
to your event or order date.

LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Birdy Events is not liable for
any injury, loss, or damage arising from our services or products.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you may have under the
Australian Consumer Law.

PRIVACY
Your personal information is collected solely to manage your booking or
order. We do not share your details with third parties. Please refer to
our Privacy Policy for further information.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of Victoria.
