SHIPPING POLICY

At Birdy Events, we offer two types of services — event styling packages 
and lei products. Please read the relevant section below carefully before 
placing an order or booking.

EVENT STYLING PACKAGES
Event styling services are not shipped. Birdy Events will travel to your 
event venue for setup and pack-down at the agreed times.

Service Area: Birdy Events is based in Melbourne and services Melbourne 
and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for events outside 15km from 
our base location. Any applicable travel fees will be communicated in 
writing at the time of quoting and confirmed before your booking is 
finalised.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure clear access to the venue for 
setup and pack-down at the agreed times. Birdy Events is not liable for 
delays caused by restricted or unavailable venue access.

LEI PRODUCTS — DELIVERY
Leis can be collected in-person (Melbourne) or delivered within our 
standard delivery zones. Delivery fees apply and will be calculated at 
checkout.

Processing Time: Lei orders are made to order and require a minimum of 
3 days notice. Emergency orders (less than 3 days notice) incur a $15 
per lei fee.

Delivery Times: Once dispatched, delivery timeframes depend on your 
location and the carrier. Birdy Events is not responsible for delays 
caused by the carrier once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged in Transit: Birdy Events is not responsible for leis damaged in 
transit once dispatched. If your order is damaged during delivery, please 
contact the relevant carrier directly and notify us within 24 hours at 
birdyeventsau@gmail.com.

PICKUP
Orders can be collected in-person in Melbourne at an agreed time. If you 
fail to collect your order on the agreed date and time without prior 
notice, the order will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. 
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are 
subject to availability.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Birdy Events is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an 
incorrect address provided at the time of ordering. Please ensure your 
delivery details are correct before completing your order.
