FAQ

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure availability for your event and or to avoid emergency fees. Our general turnover time is 3 days.

I need my order earlier than the 3 day turnover time

Don't stress! Place your order normally - once completed, contact us directly via our email or our instagram @auleleibybirdy and we will send you a separate invoice for the emergency fees accumulated in your order (generally $15 per lei) which would need to be paid ASAP to confirm the prioritisation of your order. We typically reply within 4 hours with a turnover as early as same day to 24 hours.*

What if the customisations I am wanting are not available on your website?

No problem! Contact us through our enquiry form and we can discuss what you are envisioning and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I add more than one logo/emblem per lei?

Continue to checkout with the one logo/emblem in the cart, but ensure you have the amount of logos/emblems you are wanting and what they are in the 'Custom Your Lei' section provided above. When we review your order, you will be sent details to pay the remaining balance for the extra logos via Bank Transfer or in person upon pick up. This way, we can start on your lei with no delays. Full remaining balance is due before postage.

Can I add money to my lei?

Yes! Select "Your Own Deposit" and you will be sent an automated email or text with transfer details for the money you are wanting on the lei or a calendar of our availability where you can book a time to stop by to drop off the money in person.

Do you deliver or is it pickup only?

Delivery and Postage details are available at check out. Shipping Melbourne Area 1-4 days, Australia wide 3-7 days. Shipping to NZ 4-10 days. Shipping times can vary during peak season.

*Subject to order size and availability. We can fulfil emergency requests for postage orders, however we have no control over any shipping and postage delays once it has left our hands.
