How far in advance should I order? We recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure availability for your event and or to avoid emergency fees. Our general turnover time is 3 days.

I need my order earlier than the 3 day turnover time Don't stress! Place your order normally - once completed, contact us directly via our email or our instagram @auleleibybirdy and we will send you a separate invoice for the emergency fees accumulated in your order (generally $15 per lei) which would need to be paid ASAP to confirm the prioritisation of your order. We typically reply within 4 hours with a turnover as early as same day to 24 hours.*

Do you deliver or is it pickup only? Delivery and Postage details are available at check out. Shipping Melbourne Area 1-4 days, Australia wide 3-7 days. Shipping to NZ 4-10 days. Shipping times can vary during peak season.
